Immediately send McCoy to kill the kneeling guard and ready Coop's throwing knife to kill the Poncho send it when McCoy strikes to clear the area. Wait for the Poncho to start his patrol west, then execute. Assign each character to kill their respective guard. They should be about equidistant from two guards that watch each other. Move Coop to the left edge of the sandbags. Now move McCoy to the left side of the boulder, about 10 ft behind the nearby guard. Once the patrol approaches, kill him and hide the body.
Leave McCoy in the first set of bushes and move Coop to the western bushes when the patrolling Poncho is not looking.
